200,000 square feet of exterior masonry was waterproofed using
Thoro Coat and Thoro Seal products for which Tasch is an approved
licensed contractor. The job was completed in 1996. Tasch and Thoro
Coatings provided the owner with a 5 year warranty. Today after
7 years of service the building looks the same as it did the day
the job was completed. When the building was inspected in late 2001
for water intrusion and coating fatique, it was still 100% sealed.

exterior painting on this 100,000+ sq.ft. shopping center. Work
was completed in advance of the schedule. Benjamin Moore was selected
for coatings on all surfaces.

Tasch handled a wide array of services on the renovation and addition
to this historical multi-story building in the French Quarter. Tasch
completed the installation of lightweight Hebel Block to construct
the 6th floor penthouse addition. The exterior was waterproofed
and painted. The interior was built out using light guage metal
studs and drywall. The interior drywall was finished and painted
as part of Tasch's overall contract.
